Frequently asked questions
Is this really a one-time purchase? No subscription?
Yes. You pay once, you own that version forever, and you get every v1.x update at no additional cost. If we release a v2.0 down the road, existing customers get at least 50% off the upgrade.
What does "3 Mac activations" actually mean?
You can install and use SnapReady on up to 3 Macs with your Pro license. Going beyond? The app will show you which Macs are currently active and let you deactivate one to free up a slot. If you lose access to a Mac (sold, broken, replaced), email us and we'll free the slot.
Which tier should I pick?
If you only own one Mac, Solo. If you have a laptop and a desktop, or a personal Mac and a work Mac, get Pro — it's $10 more and saves you buying two licenses later.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Pro later?
Yes. Email support@snapready.app and we'll charge you the $10 difference and bump your license. No need to repurchase.
What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@snapready.app from the email on your license and we'll refund you in full within 3 business days. Funds usually appear in your account within a week after that.
Why isn't SnapReady on the Mac App Store?
The App Store sandbox would force us to weaken the clipboard integration and the on-disk caching that make SnapReady fast. Direct distribution lets us ship a better app. We may add an MAS version later if the sandbox restrictions ease.
